Formed in 1987 by Kevin Saunderson, one of Detroit’s “Belleville Three” and vocalist Paris Grey, Inner City became known for crossover hits like “Big Fun” and “Good Life.” The group topped the US Billboard dance chart five times and had nine UK Top 40 hits. In 2018, marking their 30th anniversary, Saunderson was joined by his son Dantiez, revitalizing the group with new material and live shows. Their performance at the Movement Festival kicked off a new era for Inner City, featuring collaborations with artists like Steffanie Christi’an.
